What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a form of support to help personal development so you gain more understanding of yourself, including what stops you doing what you want to do – your blocks, as well as your strengths and abilities. Through having coaching, you can gain awareness of what to do to progress in your life and take the steps necessary to achieve your goals.
Mindfulness Life Coaching brings an additional element as you gain an understanding of the natural human response to stress as well as your individual reactions and can develop greater self-awareness. This enables you to manage difficulties in ways that promote your wellbeing and the achievement of your goals.
Coaching is not like counselling or mentoring, so does not involve telling you what you should do or asking you about difficult past experiences. Coaching is focussed on the future – starting from where you are now, identifying where you would like to be and helping you to get there.
